Susan Newhouse

A dynamic facilitator who harnesses the power of human connection, Susan applies principles of Creative Problem Solving, Design Thinking, Multiple Intelligences Theory, and Improvisation to disrupt ordinary thinking and create breakthrough for individuals, teams, and organizations. For over 20 year she has led hundreds of cutting-edge innovation sessions for Fortune 500 Companies and designed faciliation training programs which she has delivered around the global. Susan received her degree in Communications from the University of Illinois, studied improv at Josephine Forsberg’s Players Workshop of the Second City, and has received certifications in Strategic Storytelling with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods and FourSight™ Creative Thinking Systems. She also teaches at several international creative conferences, including the Creative Problem Solving Institute, QRCA, Florida Creativity Conference, and ACRE/EDU in South Africa.
