Ashutos Parhi is currently working as a post-doctoral research fellow in the Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Sciences Department (NDFS), Utah State University. Ashutos obtained his Ph.D. in Biological Systems Engineering from Washington State University in May 2021 with specializations in Food Engineering and Packaging. Ashutos is highly skilled in food packaging and microscopy and has a strong background in polymer processing and engineering.
